Referred to as brokerage, advisory or corporate services, a tenant rep exists to assist companies and organizations throughout the entire leasing or acquisition process; thereby absorbing as much of the real estate associated stress and leaving our clients to maintain focus on their business.

Standard brokerage services are purely fee and volume driven. Lumia specializes in representing a small group of clients to ensure their best interests are maintained.

Lumia actively avoids taking listings to avoid the natural conflict created when brokerage firms have contracts with building owners/ landlord’s - we represent the tenant exclusively and conflict-free.

Lumia lends its extensive expertise to ensure projects are completed as planned, on schedule and on budget.

Lumia Real Estate likes to secure an equity position in all projects it is involved in, but, will also provide services to property owners that are interested in developing, or repositioning an asset and lack the required experience or capacity.

Lumia identifies the development potential and highest and best use for any asset and then engages and coordinates the appropriate contractors, architects, engineers, designers, government officials, lawyers and other professionals to execute the project.
